Please suggest some remedy ……
Dear friends, for the last 2-3 days I have access to a computer which does not have the facility of Hindi writing just by pressing the Alt and Shift key as was possible with my PC/Laptop where I am using Vista/XP.
I just wanted that I would write the posts in Hindi on my laptop and then using a pendrive would publish them. But that is not feasible as I have tried the same.
After that I tried to add Hindi language through languages and regional option bars after going into the control panel. However, that option is also close as they dont have Hindi in the list of languages. I have been told that re-installing XP will help but that is not possible before a couple of days.
Then, my son told me to write my article in notepad and then using a pendrive to get it published. However, that has also been tried but it failed…as no text in Hindi was visible.
Then, I was told to write in Quillpad using phonetic in English and it would get converted into Hindi before getting it published on my blog. However, I tried to write two lines and then tried to publish it on to the blogger …..it succeeded but it is so cumbersome to write in English phonetics….actually I am used to it.
Then, I noticed that on the computer I am working has a LeaP office installed on it…..I had seen it for the first time although I had heard about it many times but my impression was that it is for people who know Remington Hindi typing. So, choosing the Inscript mode, I again wrote in Hindi and then after copying that text(written in Hindi)….I tried to paste it into an e-mail to sent by gmail…..however, the hindi text never appeared on pasting that copied Hindi text …….So,now I don’t know what to do…..but one thing is sure that for me, writing on quillpad is very cumbersome.
Please reply the following question ….
---How Leap office can be used to do Hindi Blogging using inscript typing mode?
---Any other way for Hindi typing(may be online) using inscript mode which is compatible with hindi blogging?
Please do reply
